“Tarid” Change means the want to change, in Arabic.
It reflects a shared belief: change begins with willingness. With choosing to imagine something better, and moving toward it with with purpose.
Having experienced constant change across cultures and communities, we understand both its weight, and its possibility. Which is why we work with people who are ready to embrace change, with care.
In a time of rapid technological transformation, it’s easy to default to speed, automation, and “efficiency”.
We choose something else.

All events are hosted by our co-founders, Ieman and Nura, who bring over 20 years of combined experience across the nonprofit, change management, and AI sectors. Weekly Virtual Events
Join our one-of-a kind cohort for a three-week program that equips women’s health executives with the knowledge, frameworks, and practical skills to approach AI with an ethical and human-centered lens.
Participants learn how to reduce organizational and data risk, support workforce development, and use AI to augment their value-driven work without compromising mission, ethics, or trust.
The course emphasizes leadership judgment, ethical stewardship, and a hopeful, people-first vision for the future of cause-driven work. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of AI through our weekly classes, and build relationships with other leaders via cohort discussions.
